Home Watch
The worrying stops here; let Lake Estates put your mind at ease. Our Home Watch service provides periodic walk-through inspections of your property to ensure all your homes functions are operational, the home is clear of debris, no damage has occurred, and the property is secure. Upon each visit we will supply you with a copy of our in home evaluation checklist including any recommended repairs we may have noticed while conducting our walk through inspection. Our goal is to eliminate any reason for you to worry about your North Idaho investment by being your “eyes and ears” while you are away.

Our concierge service is designed to take the stress, maintenance, and set-up out of owning a second home.Let Lake Estates prep your home for your arrival. We will have your vehicle waiting for you at the airport, your boat in the water, cob webs cleared, and pantry stocked. Put your tools and yard equipment away, our concierge service will handle all of your homes upkeep during the duration of your stay as well as while you are away. Your time is valuable, don’t spend it cleaning up after your stay. We will ensure that your home is cleaned, outside furniture is stored, and your vehicle is picked up from the airport. Our services don’t stop when your vacation does, think of us as your personal estate butler. We will arrange to have the maintenance done on your vehicles, handle any home improvements, receive & secure packages, supervise in-home service calls, and cater to all other personalized needs throughout the season
Single Visit / Post Storm Inspection:
Did you forget to lock a door, turn off the lights, or bring in the mail? Concerned your home may have been affected by a major storm? Our single visit / Post storm inspection is perfect for both new and existing customers in the event of a major storm, or jogged memory.
Vehicle pickup & Delivery
Lake Estates will have your vehicle waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival and pick It up from the airport within 24 hours of your departure.
